No lectures. You help students learn by doing — debugging together, pairing on problems, and unblocking when they get stuck.
Mentors help define what a great week looks like. Your ideas on curriculum, projects, and culture matter.
You have shipped software, hardware, or creative projects. You know what it takes to go from idea to something real.
You enjoy explaining things and can meet kids where they are — whether they have never coded or are already experienced.
You are comfortable working with ages 10 through 14, keeping energy up, and creating a safe, encouraging environment.
Each cohort runs Monday through Friday, full days. You can sign up for one or both summer cohorts.
Yes. Mentors are compensated for the full week. Reach out for details on rates.
In-person in the Seattle area. Exact venue shared upon confirmation.
